I am an cinematographer, editor with extensive experience shooting advertisement, documentaries and music videos. My work has appeared in the New York Times and The Guardian, and I regularly work as a doc and news shooter for PBS Newshour, CBS, CNN, VICE News, and Al Jazeera.

Stories that I am generally drawn toward deal with urban issues, crime, violence, trauma, criminal justice and law enforcement, conflict, and politics. While I mainly focus on domestic issues, I have shot and produced stories from Haiti, Dominican Republic, Honduras, El Salvador, Bosnia, Rwanda, Kenya, and Burundi. I’m a proud member of the Frontline Freelance Register and was HEFAT certified in 2015.

When I’m not working, I like surfing, climbing, watching Seinfeld, and good old fashioned couch lounging on football Sunday.
